Supplier Terms & Conditions

By accepting or fulfilling any purchase order issued by RAIDEN AERO, the supplier agrees to comply with the following Terms & Conditions.

TC01 – Documentation & Specification Control

Suppliers must ensure that all specifications, drawings, inspection requirements, and technical documents are complete, current, and correctly referenced with proper revision status.

TC02 – Right of Approval & Verification

RAIDEN AERO reserves the right to review and approve:
β€’ Products and services supplied
β€’ Processes and equipment used
β€’ Release and certification documents

We may also perform verification or validation activities at the supplier’s facility when required.

TC03 – Competency of Personnel

All work affecting product quality must be carried out by qualified and competent personnel. RAIDEN AERO may request evidence of competency when necessary.

TC04 – Supplier Communication Requirements

Suppliers must maintain clear communication with RAIDEN AERO through:
β€’ Official emails, phone calls
β€’ Order confirmations
β€’ Correct use of documentation

Any verbal agreements must be documented.

TC05 – Supplier Performance Requirements

Suppliers are expected to maintain:
β€’ On-time delivery
β€’ Product conformity

Repeated failures may result in corrective actions or removal from the approved supplier list.
Suppliers may be evaluated for risks related to quality or delivery.

TC06 – Design or Development (If Applicable)

If a supplier performs design or development activities for RAIDEN AERO or its customers, they must:
β€’ Control design inputs/outputs
β€’ Verify and validate the design
β€’ Control design changes

All approvals must be obtained from RAIDEN AERO.

TC07 – Packaging, Handling & Delivery

All products must be packaged using industry-standard methods to prevent damage, and shipped as per RAIDEN AERO’s requirements. Any critical characteristics or special requirements identified by RAIDEN AERO must be followed.

TC08 – Quality System Requirements

Suppliers must maintain a quality system that ensures:
β€’ Use of approved and authorized sources
β€’ Immediate notification of nonconformities, escapes, or recalls
β€’ Prevention of counterfeit parts
β€’ Notification of changes in processes, products, services, or manufacturing location
β€’ Proper flow-down of requirements to sub-tier suppliers
β€’ Provision of CoC, test reports, and regulatory certificates
β€’ Record retention for minimum 10 years
β€’ Secure storage and controlled disposal of records

Suppliers may be audited if required.

TC09 – Right of Access

RAIDEN AERO, its customers, and regulatory authorities reserve the right of access to supplier facilities, processes, and records relevant to purchased products or services.

TC10 – Awareness Requirements

Suppliers must ensure all relevant personnel understand:
β€’ Their role in ensuring product quality
β€’ Their contribution to aviation safety
β€’ The importance of ethical behavior
