Return Policy

At RAIDEN AERO, we strive to supply high-quality and fully compliant aviation parts. To maintain safety, traceability, and certification integrity, returns are handled under strict guidelines.

1. Eligibility for Returns

A return request may be accepted only under the following conditions:

• The wrong item was supplied by RAIDEN AERO.
  
• The item received is damaged during transit (must be reported within 48 hours).
  
• The item is defective or not as per the agreed specifications.
  
• The item does not include the required certifications (e.g., OEM CoC, FAA 8130, EASA Form 1), as committed during purchase.
  

Custom-ordered, special-procurement, shelf-life-limited, hazardous, or temperature-controlled items are non-returnable unless supplied incorrectly by us.

2. Condition of Returned Goods

To be eligible, the product must:

• Be unused and in original packaging.
  
• Contain all certification documents, labels, traceability records, and packaging intact.
  
• Not show any signs of installation, tampering, or alteration.
  

Items that are opened, installed, or missing paperwork cannot be accepted, as per aviation quality and safety requirements.

3. Return Request Procedure

To submit a return request:

1. Email us at sales@raidenaero.com or call +91 8817312001.
   
2. Provide:
   
   • PO/Invoice Number
     
   • Part Number & Quantity
     
   • Reason for return
     
   • Photos of the part, packaging, and labels (if applicable)
     

Our team will review the request and respond within 2–3 business days.

4. Inspection & Approval

All returned items are subject to:

• Quality inspection
  
• Certification verification
  
• Traceability and packaging review
  

Approval is granted only after the item passes inspection.

5. Refunds / Replacements

Based on the evaluation:

• A replacement will be issued (if available), or
  
• A credit note/refund will be processed within 7–10 business days after approval.
  

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, except when RAIDEN AERO is at fault.

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned:

• Opened or installed parts
  
• Shelf-life materials (adhesives, chemicals, lubricants, O-rings, seals, etc.)
  
• Customized or special-order items
  
• Electrical and avionics components (due to safety protocols)
  
• Hazardous/dangerous goods
  
• Items without proper documentation
  

7. Shipping of Returns

If return is approved:

• Items must be securely packed to avoid damage.
  
• Return shipping instructions will be provided by RAIDEN AERO.
  

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
